By accessing or using ReviBooster, a digital pass compatible with Google Wallet and Apple Wallet (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
ReviBooster is a digital wallet pass designed to help businesses collect and manage customer reviews through a convenient digital card stored in mobile wallets. The Service may include notifications, updates, and links that direct users to review pages or related content.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
ReviBooster does not require a traditional account login; however, businesses or users who register or subscribe through integrated platforms must ensure that their provided information remains accurate and up to date.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ReviBooster solely for its intended purpose.
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the Service;
Use it for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities;
Interfere with the Service’s normal operation or security features.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to ReviBooster are the property of Catalo Aplicativos LTDA or its licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Catalo Aplicativos LTDA is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Loss of data, profits, or business interruptions;
Malfunctions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Apple Wallet, Google Wallet).
Catalo Aplicativos LTDA may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or unlawful activities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Maringá, Paraná, Brazil.
